Our core group of employees averages over five years of employment with our company and most of them have a least ten years experience in the construction industry. We feel that education and training are the keys to superior safety, quality and productivity and require that all employees attend in house training as well as offering tuition and hourly pay for outside classes or seminars. In 2009 we spent over $39,000 on training for our employees on subjects ranging from plan reading and basic arithmetic to proper compaction of dirt to improving supervisory skills and CPR and first aid. Our employees are cross trained in different skills to help them become more valuable and productive on your job
